Property Location: 5610 Wisconsin Ave., Chevy Chase, MD 20815 Unit PH 19B This home is a 4,600-square-foot penthouse condo located in Chevy Chase, MD. The condo has two beautiful wrap-around terraces with amazing scenery. We staged the living room, dining room, breakfast room, den, office, patio, primary bedroom, and secondary bedroom. DC HOME SELLS FOR $800,000 OVER ASKING PRICE WITH EXPERT STAGING

Property Location:  NW, Washington DC 20016 In this beautiful 4,500-square-foot single-family home located in Washington, DC, we staged the living room, dining room, main bedroom, kitchen, family room, office, and lower-level office. The home was very outdated with a difficult floor plan. The client made a few upgrades (pulling up the carpet to expose the original hardwood and painting most of the walls a neutral color).  Built in 1940 the home originally operated as a doctor's office in the lower-level.
