Property Location:  NW, Washington DC 20016 In this beautiful 4,500-square-foot single-family home located in Washington, DC, we staged the living room, dining room, main bedroom, kitchen, family room, office, and lower-level office. The home was very outdated with a difficult floor plan. The client made a few upgrades (pulling up the carpet to expose the original hardwood and painting most of the walls a neutral color).  Built in 1940 the home originally operated as a doctor's office in the lower-level. The main appeal of this home for buyers was the location and the large backyard with a pool for its DC location. What process did we use to stage this house?
