You can pack up all your holiday decorations, the silver, and fine china you rarely use, out-of-season clothes and bedding, and all those other little items you won’t be needing before the move well in advance. Try to box up a little bit every day, or at least each week, so you won’t have so much to worry about when moving day arrives. The closer you get to your deadline, the more you’ll be able to pack.
If you’re making a long-distance move, be sure to keep a couple changes of clothes, necessities like tooth brushes and deodorant, and other items you know you’re likely to need out of the mix. Put them in a backpack or duffel bag so you can keep them close at hand. This isn’t a bad idea if you’re only moving a short distance, either.
When it comes to the actual packing, if you don’t have the time to do all that on your own, our team has the experience and materials to do it for you. We fully understand the monetary and sentimental value your belongings hold, so we’ll take extra care to ensure they’re wrapped and boxed well enough to make it to your new home in the same condition they were before the move. That’s our guarantee no matter how far away you’re going.
